Head Coach Vision
A program is more than a record. A program is what young women carry with them after the last buzzer.
The vision is to develop college-level hoopers and world-class humans. Two goals, one path. The work that produces a player who scores at the next level is the same work that produces a leader, a teammate, a daughter, a friend.
Marion is going to be a place where players come to get better, get pushed, and get loved. We will compete for conference titles and state tournaments. We will graduate young women who own their future, on the court and off.
Listen well. Work hard. Grow continually. Every day. Every play. That is the standard.
This is the Wolves Way.
Five values
Listen Well. Work Hard. Grow Continually. Every Day. Every Play.
01 / 05
Trust
Coaches trust players. Players trust teammates. Families trust the process. Trust gets earned through showing up and following through.
02 / 05
Prepare
Film, lifts, reps, rest, scouting. We prepare like the next play matters more than the last one. Preparation turns pressure into routine.
03 / 05
Communicate
We talk on defense. We talk in huddles. We talk to teammates who need it and to coaches who ask for it. Silence loses games.
04 / 05
Contribute
Every player has a role. Every role matters. The starter who scores twenty and the player who brings the energy off the bench are doing the same job: helping the team win.
05 / 05
Unite
We are one team. The player who spends the night in the gym and the player still learning the offense both wear the same jersey. We rise together or not at all.
We > Me.

We Train
In The Dark.
The work that wins games in February happens in July. Long after practice ends. Long after the lights come on for everyone else. Nocturnal Hunters train when nobody else is watching. Off-season is not time off. Off-season is when we hunt.
